Aseptic bag that includes puree plus fruit pieces, Brix 11. Also, jam made from these ingredients. Cairo Agro-Processing Co. S.A.E. is the supplier. Hero of Switzerland uses such ingredients for its premium jams.
Chemical analysis: free of preservatives, artificial colors, radiation, dioxin, and genetically amended substances. Residues conform to FAO and WHO international standards. No pesticide residences detected.
Microbiological analysis: negative, based upon a count of colony forming units per milliliter (CFU/ml) for the coli-form group, salmonella, mold and yeast. All products pasteurized except for Brix 45. Validity: 18 months.
CIF shipping: All prices include delivery of container of barrels to any Baltic or Black Sea port. A mixed container is possible so long as frozen ingredients are not mixed with aseptic ingredients. All prices subject to final confirmation.
